No Excuses - HER At Home Workout

So, you can’t make it to the gym? Good thing Coach Bec has a workout that can be done even in an apartment!

This workout doesn’t require ANY weights but, if you have some, light weight can be incorporated into a number of these moves. You can also use bands (Coach Bec’s favorite) if you have them. In the breakdown below, we name each move Coach Bec covers in the above workout . We will also tell you how many reps, how many sets, and whether or not you can use those weights you have ready. 

So, still think you can’t work out? Didn’t think so. Let’s do this!

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:

Superman x 10

Reverse Lunge x 10 each side (weight optional)

Push ups x 10

Squat or Squat jumps x 10 (weight or bands optional)

Side Plank (20 seconds each side) 

x 3-5 sets
